I’ll be out on buisness/traveling pleasure for the next few days, but I wanted to leave you with some information as to whats going on with VH1Soul. We seemed to have isolated the issue with VH1Soul dropping to just the Northern California area and people who have Comcast Cable… and to be honest, no one at the office seems to know whats going on right now. Its also kinda hard to track information down since its the weekend.
From there, we’ve been working with our people on twitter to figure out whats going on. @ComcastDan has been really awesome with trying to find out more information as to why its just Northern California, and @ComcastCares is also hard at work trying to get answers for us on their end. For now, if you have ANY concerns about whats going on with VH1Soul, please go ahead and send them a tweet. And we encourage you… let them know how you really feel. If youre heated about the loss of your VH1Soul (and we know you are…) LET THEM KNOW. This is your cable provider, and the more you let them know how your feeling about this situation… the more likely they are to make moves faster for you.
As for now… I’m just waiting for word on whats going on. As soon as we hear something over here… we will let you know.
