She never does the same album twice.

So announcing that after taking a break to focus on her family and son, that she would be going back into the studio with Musicians like LadyTron, Goldfrapp and the awesome Sia… Christina Aguilera had me intrigued. I frankly amazed by her previous effort and work with the Legendary DJ Premiere, which took her into a “sample hip hop” influenced soul album with jazz and pop beats sprinkled on top. Her focus is nice on the album, where she remembers to get “back to the basics….” and just sing.

Now she’s aiming into the Indie Electro Rock/Pop arena, and she’s got great guides to show her around. The new video for her song, “Not Myself Tonight” once again shows you that she never keeps the same style for too long… and while I’m kinda reminded of Lady Gaga right now… I’m also keeping in mind that Christina has always changed her style in wild directions… and that right now… Lady Gaga is everywhere. LOL

Anxious to hear other tracks soon. Cant wait to see what she’s been up to.
