Memoryhouse is Kinda awesome.
While searching my potholes for that good music, I accidentally ran across the victory that is Memoryhouse. Giving us a mellow, dream like version of The Zombies “This Will be Our Year,” Memoryhouse deliver my theme music for the  next twelve months and impress me with their musical awesomeness. So much so, I had to go looking for more. Sure enough, I also ran across their video for ‘Quiet America’ which also does not suck. Check out the wonderful below.

I never thought something so simple could be so beautiful! That is how I would describe Memoryhouse’s latest video for the eclipsing single “Quiet America”. Yes, “Quiet America” was found on last year’s The Years EP, as the project is getting a complete overhaul for rerelease next month. The remaster of the EP will find a home on Sub Pop, where we hope to see many more releases from these thriving dreamscape enthusiast. The Years will be available Sept. 13 via Sub Pop.

Yeah. This will keep me from stabbing people.
