Video | New Album: The Alchemist + Oh No (Gangrene) = Vodka & Ayahuasca. Listen -

On top of making a quick stop over at Amoeba Records TODAY (at 6pm) to push promotion of their new project, Vodka and & Ayahuasca, Gangrene (Alchemist and Oh No) release the official video for their lead single. It does not suck. But usually, anything with Chem and Oh No doesnt suck.

Swipe from Amoeba about their new album and the show:

West Coast producer/emcees The Alchemist and Oh No release their second psych-rap full length as Gangrene on January 24th on Decon. The new record, Vodka & Ayahuasca, boasts choice collabs from Kool G Rap, Prodigy (of Mobb Deep), dilated ally Evidence, and Greneberg EP collaborator Roc Marciano, who laces the suggestive “Drink Up,” a welcome addition to the kaleidoscopic head trip. While Ayahuasca (pronounced aya-hwaska) – a natural trip-inducing brew containing DMT – may not be a term on the tongues of your every day hip hop head, that’s soon to change. The Alchemist and Oh No are gatekeepers for this psychedelic, head-nodding, substance-laden experience.

Listen and Enjoy.
