Listen: Danny Swain is Impressive.

With his Payback! project being passed to me from one of my friends at EMI, I suddenly became aware of this fairly awesome Danny Swain kid and instantly started to wonder how I missed this for so long. Now getting familiar, I am falling in love with his unique flow, lyrical style, the musical production (which is all him by the way) and the tumblr wit. This kid is pretty awesome, the more I get into it.

Already about 9 albums in and almost 10 years of recording production experience, Danny is no newbie to the Hip Hop scene at all. It’s also pretty nice that when I chose to investigate the kid, he breaks out every link he has and gives us every opportunity to listen in. Click on this sequence of links here to listen to some of his best work, and download some early christmas presents he’s shared with us.
