New Music | Artist: Ophelia Cache. She does not suck at all; take a listen.

In one word? Impressive. And I am not easily impressed at this stage of the game. But Ophelia Cache? Yeah. This might be worth getting a bit hyped over.

Submitted by the ever-lovely I AM PR agency group, I was running through my emails of musical submissions when I ran across Ms. Cache and her lovely press release. Imagined and described as a mix of Corrine Bailey Rae, Elle Varner, Drake, and Jazmine Sullivan” in her release, I am leaning towards more of a Lianne La Havas kind of vocal tone, nasal intonation of Amy Winehouse, a touch of Sharon Jones soul and her own personal mix of awesomeness. On top of having some impressive musical content to share, she’s made it free and available for you to snatch up if youre interested. Make sure you are close to her Facebook page for the free download/listening and Twitter for all the personals.

It looks like she’ll be dropping a video to support her musical push, and once I get that, Ill update this page. For now, please take a listen to her material below and let me know what you think.
